House rules

As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the company it belongs to. The apartment can not be used as a party place. The purposes that are provided include an accommodation (sleeping, eating, relaxing, working, etc). Please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is to have satisfied clients with a good experience in Bratislava.

1. Please don't smoke in the apartment. Smoke on the terrace if there is one or outside and please do not throw cigarette butts down to the street.

2. Please respect our neighbours - working people who need to get up early and go to work every day. So please keep the noise levels at the bearable level in the stairs as well as in the apartments. Parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours:

Monday - Sunday 22.00 to 6.00

3. Please turn off the air-conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment; we try to keep low prices and would like to economize energies.

4. Please note that the check out time is at 12:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 12:00 to 15:00 prior to the next check-in (15.00 is the normal check in time). Let us know in advance if you need a later check out time

5. NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE APARTMENT
The apartment can be only occupied by the number of persons it was booked for. These are the authorised clients and the number of people who may use the apartment. You can not exceed the number of persons allocated to each apartment, except for children under three years old.

Pets are only allowed in some appartments and there is an extra cleaning fee for pets. In the event of any infringement of the above mentioned obligations, Bratislavapartments.com at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
